Display-Sheet Makeup Bag

Display-Sheet Makeup Bag Review

This drawstring bag with display sheet makes it easy to find what you're looking for. Open the bag, pull out the loose end of the display sheet, and pour the bag's contents onto it so you can look through them. When you've found what you need, just lift the display sheet and slide the rest of the items back into the bag!

Sleek, durable nylon fabric makes this a great storage device for any range of small items that might be otherwise difficult to organize!

I really don't know where to start this review... This bag is one of those products that is better suited for a video review. Sadly, the video I had of this did not turn out worthy of uploading.

But I will say it works as promised.

In the video, I just took a BUNCH of my makeup and hair accessories, throwing them into the bag. I then pretended that I wanted a barrette, so I dumped the contents out, found the barrette and dumped everything back into the bag by grabbing the corners and folding them towards the middle, lifting as I did so.

Everything slid neatly back into the bag. Nothing fell off the sides of the plastic/nylon sheet. I then tucked the sheet back into the bag and pulled the drawstring.

There were two things I didn't like with the bag; the size and the lack of some sort of security feature on the drawstring.

Honestly, I would have liked to have a bigger bag. The sheet took up a LOT of the internal space of the bag. I felt like I couldn't put much more than what I had in the bag and still be able to tuck the sheet back inside.

I also didn't like the fact there was no way to ensure that the bag stayed closed after tightening the drawstring. There wasn't even a way to 'tie' it, like in a loose knot or bow. The ends of the drawstring are pre-knotted and seem to be 'glued' or shellacked into that knot, and while the lack of a security feature may in fact be a blessing for 95% of disabled people, I would be nervous that the bag would loosen up and work itself open if used as a travel bag.

As far as how the disabled community will be able to use this bag, I find it to be a godsend for us. Everything stays on the sheet, making it easy to find something and even easier to put everything away when we're done. We won't have to worry about dropping everything all over the floor when putting our toiletries away.

If you'd like to try this bag (or a larger size), you can order one from http://www.displaycorp.us/

I really liked this bag. It worked as promised. Only downfall was the size.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
