Always Discreet offers a full range of urinary incontinence products for women. They help make living with a sensitive bladder feel like no big deal.Adult Bladder Incontinence is an issue that a lot of disabled people face, whether it be from certain medications to not being physically able to get to the bathroom in time. It's embarrassing to try to rush and not make it, causing wet/soiled clothes. I've been known to wear my usual feminine pads for 'backup' if I'm going out and about, but it's frustrating to deal with bunching and shifting when I'm on the go. I'm also going through my feminine pads quicker, and then I'm out of them when I really need them!
Whether your overactive bladder symptoms are a result of stress incontinence, urge incontinence or both, Always Discreet’s incontinence liners, incontinence pads, and incontinence underwear, help with frequent urination in women. Plus, more women already prefer Always Discreet pads for their sensitive bladder over Poise Pads (moderate Regular among U.S. women with a preference). Poise is a trademark of Kimberly-Clark Worldwide

What I really like about these are the fact that they look and feel like real underwear. Not just to the touch, but also when you're wearing them. There's no significant added 'bulk' to them, like traditional adult diapers/incontinence pads have. There's no tell-tale 'plastic krinkle' like the belted shields from the 1990s.
I use these when going to relatives' houses and I know getting to their bathroom will be inconvenient for me or when I'm doing my monthly errands and I KNOW I won't be near a bathroom. I've also used them when I've had my monthly on my heavy days. They stay put quite well and I'm not worried about staining my normal underwear because my pad shifts.
I don't see disabled people having issues using these. If the person can dress themselves, They will have no problem with these. Only major 'problem' I foresee if if the person has a latex allergy; they do have some latex mixed into the cotton, to provide the 'waterproof' outer coating.
Always Discreet products can be purchased at all major retailers. However, You can also get a sample from AlwaysDiscreet.com, to know if they are right for you.
Always Discreet incontinence underwear are perfect for those who want a little more security when it comes to bladder leakage
