Good days are when I can get by using two walking sticks (review coming shortly) and the bad days I just want to sit or lay somewhere stationary and NOT MOVE ONE BIT.
Keep Moving, In Style!
Most days, I use a walker with 4 wheels (again, review coming shortly) to get around. I move pretty quickly with the walker... not like I did as a teenager, but quick enough.
However, there are times when the walker is just not a good option, like going banking. 2 of the 3 local banks are ADA-compliant. The one I go to isn't. They have steps to get inside. Not very walker-friendly. On these days, I use my walking sticks.

I really liked the material on these. It felt like nylon, but not windbreaker-type nylon. It felt more like a nylon-cotton blend. It's very soft to the touch.
Unfortunately, these would not go all the way up my walking stick. It got stuck at the adjustment tubing. If you have a 'stick' cane or an ergonomic/quad-leg cane, with the adjustment on the bottom, this will fit perfectly.
These also will not work with folding canes/walking sticks. I also doubt these would work with traditional or European forearm crutches.
Disabled people may have a problem putting these on the canes, depending on how easy it is to 'pull' the cane apart (remove the rubber tip, pull apart the tubing, etc). Once on the cane tubing, they slide right on.
These are available from Amazon or you can find more retailers on their website, Cane Expressions.
Excellent way to dress up and personalize your walking aid! Too bad it's incompatible with some canes.
WOULD RECOMMEND: Depends on the style walking aid you use. Overall, Yes.
