Just ask anyone who has met the Smiths! The Smiths started CLICKco, makers of the one-of-a-kind, CLICK Espresso Protein Drink®, by essentially CLICK-ing with their members. You see, the Smiths are life-long fitness buffs who left corporate America to follow their passion, opening an award-winning chain of fitness centers in California! In service to their members, they created CLICK Espresso Protein Drink®! CLICK is an innovative first-of-its-kind product, that combines the health and weight loss benefits of a protein powder with the energy and decadent taste of a coffee-house drink, all-in-one!
Being disabled, sometimes it's hard to get the recommended amount of protein and/or other vitamins and minerals in our diets. Whether it's from having a food sensitivity/allergy or chewing and swallowing issues, disabled people often lack the proper nutrition.

CLICK Espresso Protein Drink fills in the gaps, allowing disabled folks to easily get everything they need.

I was sent the CLICK-start package; canister of CLICK in the vanilla latte flavor, a bright pink tumbler cup and a CLICK shaker along with sample packets of the other flavors.

Let's take a look at everything I was sent.

^^The three 'sample' packets I was sent^^

These are samples of their three other flavors, Mocha, Caramel and Decaf Mocha. The 'caffeinated' Mocha isn't overly heavy on the mocha/chocolate flavor. You can taste the chocolate flavor, but it doesn't overpower you like some mocha drinks do. I have not tried the Decaf Mocha packet yet, but that's because I don't even like decaf coffee, which is odd, because as a child, I stole my father's morning cup of Sanka if he left it unattended.

My favorite of the sample packets is the Caramel flavor. The caramel gives the drink a rich creamy flavor without 'drowning' the coffee taste. If I were to buy a canister of this, I'd choose the caramel flavor.

^^The full size canister of the drink^^

I chose Vanilla Latte for my full size canister. I love anything Vanilla and the CLICK drink doesn't disappoint. The vanilla flavor shines through wonderfully and blends smoothly with the coffee flavor. It's not puckering sweet like most lattes either.

^^The shaker glass^^

For ease, CLICK includes a shaker cup to make the drink in. The 20 oz. shaker cup is made with BPA-free plastic; it comes with a whisk ball, which is made of surgical grade stainless steel. I found this to be awesome for two reasons,
One -- The whisk ball helps dissolve the drink mix when you shake it. It dissolves the mix better than a spoon or a traditional whisk, plus it fits better in the cup than a traditional whisk.
Two -- My arms get their own workout while shaking the cup. When using cold water or milk, you really need to shake the cup to get the mix to dissolve.

The overall taste of the drink mix is similar to a Slim-Fast shake. If not mixed well enough, it WILL have a chalky or gritty taste to it. However, if it does get the chalky taste, just mix it a little longer. I found that using enough hot water/milk to dissolve the mix and then filling the rest of the cup with cold liquid eliminates the chalky taste.

I noticed whenever I would have a shake/glass in the morning, my legs had less pains in them and I had more flexibility. More flexibility equals more mobility, and that's a good thing. I could use just my canes and not the walker.

The major problems I foresee disabled people having using the CLICK drink is getting it out of the large canister once it gets about halfway down. This can be solved by transferring it to another container, like a empty coffee can or even a small bowl.

Another problem disabled people may have is getting the mix to fully dissolve. I personally did encounter this, and as I said above, using hot water/milk to dissolve it first, then 'top it off' with cold liquid usually eliminated this problem.

My favorite thing about the CLICKco family (besides their AWESOME customer service) is the fact that CLICKco partners with NCI Affiliates for business services. NCI employs adults with disabilities and provides services that encourage and support individuals with disabilities, so that they may successfully achieve their personal and professional goals. All CLICKco orders are being packaged and shipped by NCI. I personally think this is EXTREMELY awesome of the company, because people with disabilities often have a hard time finding employment. A company that goes out of their way to employ people with disabilities is a winner in my books!

CLICK Espresso Protein drink mixes can be purchased from the CLICK Drink website.

BUT WAIT!!! The nice folks over at CLICK Espresso Protein Drink is giving ONE LUCKY WINNER their own Prize Pack!
