Happy Fingers Cut Resistant GlovesThe older folks I live with are constantly 'on edge' when I'm using a sharp knife... which annoys me to no end, considering I have been cooking on my own since 12-13, if not YOUNGER, making complete Thanksgiving dinners from 15 on. I've never seriously injured myself while cooking, minus oil splatters or misplaced/slipped potholders on baking sheets.

But, to appease them, I accepted these gloves for review.
^^what I received^^
These fit VERY tight. I had a extremely hard time getting these onto my hands, even with the spandex. It honestly feels like there is NO give to them whatsoever. They do protect the hands well, but disabled people are going to have trouble getting them on. I also felt like I had less control of the knife while wearing these. I didn't feel like I could feel the handle as securely.
What annoyed me the most about the gloves had nothing to do with the actual gloves; it was the company. The owner was VERY pushy and wanted a giveaway winner BEFORE I had even done a full review. He continuously asked for a winner within 3 days of receiving the item. I had to do a flash giveaway and then he expected information I did not have. I did not enjoy working with this company at all. I will not work with this company again.
These are available from Amazon for $22.95.
The gloves are decent and live up to their promises, but the company's customer service is maddening.
WOULD RECOMMEND: The gloves, yes; this particular company, No.
