These were very chocolatey, although they seemed to have more of a cake consistency instead of a brownie consistency. Unfortunately, These were burnt during baking (which both Mama Melissa and I suspect was done on purpose, since these were GLUTEN FREE and not sugar free/diabetic-friendly) so we couldn't really get a good taste of these.

TEA'STEA GREEN TEA
Description: TEA'STEA Pure Green and Green Jasmine are Unsweetened, Zero Calorie Teas that provide 260% of the Daily Value of Vitamin C. They are also a powerful source of antioxidants.

I didn't care for this, which is shocking because I do like green tea. But I'm not a fan of unsweetened drinks. Mama Melissa drank this and she didn't mind it. But, she is accustomed to diet/unsweetened drinks.

LEVEL LIFE PROTEIN SNACK BAR

LEVEL Life foods are sold nationwide at Target, Walmart, and Safeway stores, just to name a few, and are also available online.

We received one bar of the Caramel Chocolatey Peanut variety, which Mama Melissa and I split. To me, it tasted like a Snickers bar, with soy nuggets instead of the nougat normally used. I didn't think it was bad at all. There was a nice crisp to it.
TASTE: 9/10
PERFECT FOR THESE DIETS: Gluten Free

DANG COCONUT CHIPS
Description: Dang foods is a better-for-you snack company bringing unprecedented culinary delights from all around the globe. Their mission is to offer innovative food products that taste good, while promoting health, happiness and community.

I love coconut. One of my favorite candy bars is Almond Joy bars. Mama Melissa is allergic to coconut, so I got this snack all to myself.
I absolutely LOVED these chips, which if I remember correctly, were the original Plain variety. All these are were 'shavings' of the coconut meat that were dried and toasted. They had the same crunch of a potato chip.
Only downfall to these was I had just had some trauma to my gums and the broken pieces from chewing kept jabbing me in the sore area. But there was no avoiding this, unless I didn't eat them.
TASTE: 10/10
PERFECT FOR THESE DIETS: Vegetarian/Vegan, Gluten Free, Non-GMO, No Cholesterol

MAMMA CHIA SQUEEZE

They are dedicated to offering the highest quality organic chia-based foods and beverages that provide vitality, energy and strength. Mamma Chia is a conscious and sustainable company that honors and uplifts both the soul of humanity and the soul of the planet.

I'm going to be honest. This was disgusting, even if it was Mango and Coconut, two things I LOVE. This was another 'snack' I got to myself, because of the coconut and Mama Melissa's allergy. She wasn't missing much.
I don't know if it was the mango juice and the coconut didn't blend well with the chia seeds or if I'm just not accustomed to the chia flavor, but I did not like this.
TASTE: 2/10
PERFECT FOR THESE DIETS: Vegetarian/Vegan, Gluten Free, Non-GMO, Organic

YUMEARTH NATURALS SOUR BEANS
Description: YumEarth Naturals Sour Beans are fun and fantastically sour flavored jelly beans made with natural ingredients, and contain no artificial colors, flavors or major allergens, such as gluten, nuts or dairy. YumEarth Naturals Sour Beans are called 'the best jelly bean I've ever tasted,' by Phil Lempert, Supermarket Guru and Today Show food critic.

We received two 'snack' bags of these and I didn't find them to be very sour. I actually didn't taste ANY sourness. To me, they tasted like normal jelly beans. Very sweet and chewy like normal jelly beans.
TASTE: 8/10
PERFECT FOR THESE DIETS: Vegetarian/Vegan, Gluten Free, Non-GMO

IPS EGG WHITE CHIPS
Description: IPS [rhymes with 'chips,' short for 'Intelligent Protein Snacks'] are the world's first snack chips made with healthy egg white protein. These delicious crunchy snacks are made with six grams of protein per serving and half the fat of fried chips. They are also gluten free and made with non-GMO corn.

Egg whites are hands-down my favorite part of the egg. Growing up, my mother used to get SO mad at me, because whenever she would make hard-boiled eggs, I'd either give her the yolks or toss them out and I'd just eat the whites.
We got the Sea Salt and Black Pepper flavor. I didn't get too many of these, since I got the two coconut based snacks, Mama Melissa claimed these. But what I did get, I really liked these. They tasted like puffed corn chips.
TASTE: 8/10
PERFECT FOR THESE DIETS: Gluten Free, Non-GMO

SWOFFLE TRADITIONAL DUTCH TREAT
Description: Swoffle is a gluten free caramel-filled waffle cookie, also known in the Netherlands as stroopwafel. The stroopwafel is a traditional Dutch treat most travellers to the Netherlands are familiar with. Swoffle developed a stroopwafel made with an organic gluten free flour blend and made it less sweet using only organic sugars! They don't use wheat, corn, nuts or soy in their products.

Mama Melissa and I split this. It was still on the sweet side, which I personally didn't mind. It was a bit crunchy, but nothing that a cup of hot liquid couldn't soften.

The caramel didn't drip, which was a plus, but it still crumbled quite a bit. I would plan to eat this over a plate, or at least a paper towel.
TASTE: 9/10
PERFECT FOR THESE DIETS: Gluten Free

FINAL THOUGHTS
I really liked the assortment in this box, even if I didn't like some of the foods. I was pleasantly surprised at how many things can be gluten free, but still tasty.
