After posting the tip on How to dice meats easier, I set out to find a way to cut vegetables safely. I stumbled across Dylan from Household Hacker and he demonstrated an easy method to do just that.
I prefer RAW veggies to cooked. Give me a plate of raw broccoli, cauliflower and carrots with dressing and I'm happy.
Since the people I live with get a bit skittish about me using sharp objects, I don't get to enjoy them on a regular basis. This method will allow me to cut vegetables safely and to also be more independent.
