Being disabled, I have naturally fallen arches... which causes my legs, hips and lower back to ACHE constantly.

I tried another set by AirPlus, and the arches also fell in that set, leaving me in the same boat as before.

So, I was a bit skeptical when I was offered the chance to review these. I honestly thought these inserts would do the same as the AirPlus set and fall within days.

^^The pair of insoles I received^^

However, I was pleasantly surprised. I've been wearing these ever since New Year's Eve, specifically choosing a day that I knew I'd have to do a LOT of walking while doing my monthly errands. Normally when I get home from running my errands, my lower half is in such extreme pain that I am just about dragging myself into the house.

When I returned home that day, however, I did not hurt as much and I could easily get into the house and put my purchases away. My hips and back didn't seem to want to lock up and I didn't want to lay down because of the pain.

Over the past month and a half of usage, I have experienced less pain at the end of most days, weather notwithstanding. My hips seem to be regaining some fluidity and walking has become slightly easier.

The thing I like the most about these is the materials used. The 'sole' of the AirPlus inserts seem to be made of rubber, and really don't hold the shape well, causing little support. The VIVEsole inserts are made from EVA, which bends like rubber, but has more rigidness, giving more support. I haven't seen any misshaping or arch-flattening in these.

I don't see disabled people having an issue with these. Just insert them in your shoes and go.

This is available from Amazon for $19.99.

FINAL THOUGHTS
Great for those who have sore lower extremities, but can't (or don't want to) spend the money for custom orthotics.
