However, the Sunsella cups are more for cupcakes. So I was excited to get this baking set to make muffins in.
^^Collage of the items^^
This pan has all the same qualities of the Sunsella cups; just in one big pan instead of individual cups. Grandma and I decided to make Banana Nut muffins and the actual muffins popped right out of the little compartments. You don’t need to grease the cups either, like you need to do with typical muffin pans. For someone disabled, (both Grandma and I are considered disabled) this is a HUGE plus for us. Grandma has carpal-tunnel syndrome in her left wrist and arm, so she didn't need to cause pain and injury to that side by having to grease each individual compartment. The openings are large enough to get the batter into the cup with no issues, minus any shaking issues.
While making the batter, we used the spatula and it worked just like any other spatula. It felt good in the hand and did not feel of cheap quality. The pastry brush is also made of silicone and seems to have good build quality as well. We didn't try using it, since what we baked didn't have a reason to use it.
We did not use the papers, since we figured it would defeat the purpose of the silicone pan. They are cute though, having a heart design on them.
I honestly don’t see disabled people having problems using this baking set. As I said above, the openings are large enough to get the batter into the compartment with no issues. The comparments allow the treats to come right out, so that’s a plus as well. The spatula and pastry brush are easy to hold and have a good weight to them.
This is available from Amazon for $9.97.
Very nice quality set that makes baking so much easier and fun!
