AMBER CROWN is proud to present the highest quality handmade certified raw Baltic Amber product: Amber Tick and Flea Collars for Dogs and Cats.Needing a flea and tick collar is a part of life with an animal that spends ANY amount of time outdoors. The problem with most commercially available flea/tick collars is the odor they give off. It's toxic to Mama Melissa's asthma, which makes you wonder; if it will send an adult into an asthma attack (or nearly into one), what is it doing to your animal's skin?
This product is a chemical-free tool to protect your pet from ticks and fleas. It has helped thousands of pet owners to draw back from chemicals and keep their pets safe from ugly and sometimes deadly parasites.
It works in two ways:
• When worn on pet the friction from the fur releases aromatic terpines from amber that repels ticks and fleas.
• Static electricity generated when amber is rubbed against the pet's fur makes parasites uncomfortable and unable to cling to hairs.
- It is waterproof, odor free, safe for humans and animals, no secondary effects on your pet, family or house.
- 100% chemical free, non-toxic, no insecticides.
- Can be used for dogs and cats, puppies and kittens, even if they are allergic, pregnant or nursing.
No need to worry about the size: we offer eight different sizes to fit all pets.
So, I set out to find an all-natural flea & tick repellent that WORKED, but wouldn't hurt Mama Melissa in the process.
This is the MAIN reason I liked the Amber Tick and Flea Collars for Dogs and Cats by Amber Crown. It's all natural, which means I'm not putting chemicals on my 'furbrother' and Mama Melissa can still hold and play with him when he's wearing it.
There's a nice quality to it. The hole strip is made from genuine leather and the rest of the collar seems to be constructed well.
Sadly, I made a few mistakes when ordering this...
~I ordered it too large for Chase, and so it just dangles on his neck. I knew he had outgrown his Medium hoodie, so I ordered what I seemed would be the next bigger size. It is SO large we don't need to undo it to put it on him.
~It's winter here, and there are no fleas or ticks outside.
^^Chase 'modeling' the collar, which is WAY too big for him^^
I like the way it was packaged (in a nice gift box) and it didn't seem to bother my roommate's asthma, but I can't give a full review on how well it works until warmer weather and/or I get the correct size.
Disabled people won't have an issue with this if they can work a belt buckle.
This is available from Amazon starting at $23.97.
Nice quality, but not really needed in the winter if where you live is cold.
WOULD RECOMMEND: Yes/No
