Having CP, one of the joints that bothers me the worst is my knees, the left one in particular. It has a tendency to buckle beneath me.

Knowing I'd be walking a LOT on the 3rd, I chose to put this strap on to see how my knee would feel and behave with it on.

My knee did feel more supported, and I was able to do my errands just using my Life Crutches, instead of my usual wheeled walker... which is a total win for me, considering I'm wanting to get AWAY from using that, if I can.

What I like, but yet HATE is that this fastens with Velcro. It's easy to fasten, once it's through the holes, but the Velcro holds SO WELL, IT'S DIFFICULT to undo when you want to take it off. This proves to be a double-edged sword.

Folks with disabilities in their hands may need help to put this on and take it off.

This is available from Amazon starting at $8.99.

Very supportive, but hard to actually use.
