Stop Wasting Time Looking for the Best Cutting BoardI really like this board. It's lightweight and easy to lift and handle, but sturdy enough that I wasn't concerned with it breaking easily. I found the tray grooves a great addition to the board, because any juices from the foods ran right into the grooves and away from the food itself.
With all the choices out there for cutting boards or chopping boards, it's hard to figure out what's good and what isn't.

^^What I received^^
The board itself was VERY easy to wash, and I haven't seen any sort of 'staining' as of yet, unlike my plastic cutting boards, which are very stained and WILL NOT come clean, no matter what I use on it.
I have not used this as a serving tray yet, but it seems elegant enough not to look out-of-place or trashy. It also seems sturdy enough for this purpose.
I really can't see disabled people having any problems actually using this. It's very lightweight, so it won't be a chore to lift or move. The most difficult thing disabled people will have trouble with is the outer plastic wrapping. It can be a bit difficult to remove.
This is available from Amazon for $22.99.
One of the better cutting boards I've used. Good quality and solidly built, but still lightweight
